Refund policy and rule: flexible

Refund Policy

The student can cancel the agreement within 24 hours with a 100% refund. The Refund policy only counts for ongoing mentor services; for closed ones, the Mentor will definitely to get their payment. According to this, the percentage refund means the percentage of still open mentor services. Important to note that 28 days after the agreement, there is no refund in case the student decides to leave the project. In the case of Mentor cancellation, the Mentor gets only the payment after the closed services.

After 3 days

If the student decides to leave the project within 3 days, the Mentor will give a full refund from the non-closed services, with the Pre-Application price included.<br>

If the student decides to leave the project within 14 days, the Mentor will give a 50% refund from the non-closed services. Possibly the Pre-Application will not be included.
