I am a management research and consultant. I continue to expand my interests to promote people as the real route to competitive advantage. My writings include a co-authored book on people focused leadership. I wrote an ebook on Creativity and Innovation, articles on a variety of topics.I completed extensive research analyses for markets from Sheabutter to Enterprise Mobility. I also enjoy advising students at Rutgers. My accomplishments include pro bono work for Rutgers Business School.
